Successful companies don’t just have an idea today and launch tomorrow. Instead, they build a feedback loop that helps them to validate ideas before taking them to market. So if you’re thinking of writing a book, why not do the same? There are several problems with writing and launching a book without any feedback:
Which is why the framework I’m about to share with you makes such a difference. It’s called the Lean Writing Method. I’d love to take credit for it but it’s been around for a long time. I first came across it from Nicolas Cole and Dickie Bush when I was training to be a ghostwriter. Before diving into long-form content, start small and build upwards.
Sounds like a no-brainer, right? Why invest so much time into writing a book without first having some data to validate your decision-making process? This approach removes all guesswork from your writing process.
Don’t take my word for it. Authors like Tim Ferris, James Clear and Mark Manson all used this strategy to write their best-selling books. I’m already helping several clients of mine apply this approach, and I’d love to help you too. If you want to adopt this strategy for your next book project, I would love to help you map it out. Book a call with me here to learn more. Mohammed

You just need them attached to your words. Words that help people connect with you, and drive them to action. With the way social media is going, people are starving for well-written content. Unique ideas that cut through the...
Substack is hot right now. In case you missed it, they completed a $100 million funding round in July and have gained over 1 million new users since November 2024. I often get asked by clients if they should use Substack as their main email platform (as opposed to Kit/ConvertKit/BeeHiiv, MailChimp, Mailerlite, etc). It has some great features: You can post long-form content and short-form content (called ‘notes’) Subscribers to your Substack automatically get your content straight to their...
You’ve probably spent hours putting together a lead magnet. ↳ Writing it. ↳ Designing it on Canva. ↳ Setting up the delivery. But if you don’t follow it up with emails, most of that effort goes to waste. A lead magnet grabs attention. But it’s the emails that turn that attention into paying clients. And no, you don’t need endless funnels or some complex tech setup. After working with coaches at all levels, I’ve seen that you really only need two simple sequences. 1. Lead Magnet Nurture Flow...
